Privacy
The personal data requested when placing the order and / or registering with our mailing list are collected by the Casetta and processed on IT media, in order to satisfy the obligations arising from the contract concluded with the Customer and will in no case and to no securities sold to third parties. La Casetta guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by EU Reg. 2016/679. The data controller is La Casetta Azienda Agricola via Morandina 252 - 48014 Castel Bolognese (RA), in the person who from time to time has the legal representation, unless a manager is appointed. The customer, at any time, has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data with written communication to be sent to the Casetta, to the above address or via email at info@aziendalacasetta.it. The customer has the right to access their data in the manner provided therein. Marketing communications will be sent only with the explicit consent of the customer issued together with the authorization to process and send in the online registration form.
General sale conditions
The on-line shop that is located on the company lacasetta.it website is for the exclusive use of the company Casetta Azienda Agricola di Bartolini Giuseppe, Michela and Errani Flora VAT number 00740500392 with registered office in Via Morandina nr. 252 - 48014 Castel Bolognese (RA) - Italy, tel: +39.0545.651040, hereinafter called the Casetta, registered in the Ravenna Company Register with the REA number RA-156254.
The contract stipulated between the Casetta and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the Casetta. Acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order on the site, the customer declares to have read the general conditions of sale and to accept the conditions transcribed below. The Customer is therefore invited to carefully read these General Conditions of Sale and to print them or save them on other durable medium accessible to him. Any changes, or new conditions of sale, will be reported through publication on the site and will be effective from the moment of publication, applying them to subsequent sales only.
a. all public prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products and/or services where this is different from Italy. These costs, which differ from country to country, are borne by the customer, who is responsible for checking the amount with the competent customs authorities;
b. all the wines in our shop are produced by us and available at our office;
c. all shipments are covered by insurance;
d. the shipment will always be accounted for with a regular accompanying invoice / receipt and, unless otherwise indicated by the customer, will be made available online on your personal order page (check if it is possible);
e. the cost of shipping must be added to the price of the individual product and / or service, the amount of which may vary according to the method of delivery, payment, weight and size of the products purchased as well as in relation to the country of destination; the total amount due for the selected products and / or services and the shipment will be clearly indicated and communicated to the Customer before the conclusion of the purchase, which closes the Sale Contract;
f. the prices shown on the site are subject to possible variations and / or modifications by the Casetta without any obligation to notify the customer; these increases may depend - among others - on increases decided by suppliers of the raw materials and / or services of the Casetta; the Sale Agreements concluded before any increases, even if still in progress, will be applied to the lower prices in force at the time of receipt of the Order;
g. published product prices may vary for different years and formats;
h. the correct receipt and acceptance of the order will be confirmed through an email sent to the address left during registration;
These General Conditions are governed by Italian law as well as each Sales Contract and are therefore subject to Italian jurisdiction. Any controversy relating to the General Conditions or to the Sales Agreements will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ravenna, without prejudice to the applicability of the mandatory laws set forth to protect Consumers.

In case of defective goods
a. the same can be returned to the Casetta within 10 days of delivery;
b. shipping and packaging costs for returning the shipment are charged to the customer;
c. the defective goods will be returned or refunded (if it is out of stock or not currently available) by the Casetta;
In the case of damaged shipping
If you receive parcels from the Casetta which are visibly damaged by the courier, (broken packages or visibly stained by leaking wine from any broken bottles) you can do the following:
a. if it is a matter of several packages, reject the damaged package to the sender by signing the courier's note "with reserve"; we will take care of returning the damaged package and returning it to you;
b. if, on the other hand, it is a one-piece shipment, reject the shipment to the sender and as previously explained, we will take care of the return and restoration of the shipment;
c. any shipping costs for returning the damaged package to the sender and returning the new one are entirely at our expense.
In the event that the broken product is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted for a possible replacement; if you do not find any product in our catalog to replace your liking, the Casetta will return the sums paid to you.
Information on the right of withdrawal
Purchases on the companyalacasetta.it site are subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 206/05, which guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, from the purchase contract.
Conditions of the right of withdrawal
a. the purchased good that you want to return must be substantially intact
b. the right of withdrawal is reserved only to natural persons, therefore excluding purchases made by retailers or by subjects who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties;
c. shipping costs to the sender will be borne by the customer;
d. upon arrival in the warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess any damage or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal) therefore we recommend the utmost attention in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging, and not to spoil the products in any way by placing them in the package;
e. to exercise this right you must send us a communication to that effect, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the ordered goods and send us the goods within a further 15 days;
f. the right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of supply of made-to-measure or personalized goods or which, by their nature, cannot be sent back or risk deteriorating or altering rapidly.
Procedure to follow
Send an e-mail to info@aziendalacasetta.it containing the declaration of want to exercise the right of withdrawal, indicating all the required data:
a. order number and order date
b. invoice number
c. which products must be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the article code)
d. your bank details (IBAN code)
Then you have to wait for a communication from our Customer Service authorizing the return. Upon receiving this communication, you must return the returned goods within a further 15 days to:

Refund times
The Casetta undertakes to reimburse the customer within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods by providing the customer with the amount corresponding to the value of the goods resulting from the invoice.
