Produced from selected and first choice grapes of Albana della Serra subjected to natural drying on mobile frames, then vinified through soft pressing and fermented in steel barrels at controlled temperature in the presence of native and natural yeasts.

Recommendations: excellent as a wine for the end of a meal to accompany dry pastries, desserts, but also interesting for tasting cheeses and jams
